Refunds and returns policy

RETURNS – I allow returns within 14 days of delivery, so you have that much time to ask for a refund once you receive your goods.

Due to items not being charged individually, refund requests include the entire scoop being returned in order to receive a refund.

I am happy to offer an exchange for an unwanted item received within the scoop, which is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please be aware that I must receive the item within 14 days of notifying me of the unwanted item.

Please not the item must be returned in a saleable condition.

  • Unopened, and unused, please note I am unable to offer a refund, exchange/replacement on any item which is not resealable.

  • Please note you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

If the items are damaged or faulty in any way on receipt, please contact me on 07597333915 or email, and enclose a picture of the packaging and damaged item/s and your order number within 14 days and I will happily issue a refund/replacement scoop.

If you have opted to have a refund. I will refund the price that you paid within 14 days of receiving your returned items. Refunds will be made via the same method of payment used for the original payment.

(The refund issued will include the original delivery/shipping charge, no refund will be issued on costs incurred on your part to reship the item back to me.)
